One Step are working closely with a well-established car dealership in Wincanton. They are now looking to expand their team with a knowledgeable sales team leader.
An ideal candidate would need:
- Has a proven record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in the new and used vehicle sector
- Is positive, punctual, presentable, hardworking, flexible and driven
- Comes from a similar role in the Automotive Industry, or a successful Sales Executive with a proven track record looking to make that next step into management
Sales team leader duties will include:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive the performance of the sales department to maximise profit, finance and add-on sales to achieve and exceed targets
- Responsible for routine 1-2-1’s with the sales team where you will identify business opportunities and training requirements, including coaching and developing to ensure all transactions maximise sales opportunities
- Second facing where required to assist the sales consultant to maximise opportunities
- Complete & track monthly reporting on sales performance across the dealership
