    Recruitment Consultant

    Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 Location: Taunton

    We are looking to expand our team! One Step have seen significant growth in recruitment and are looking for a consultant to join the team.

    Based in Taunton we cover a large number of industrial companies and have experienced significant orders (old and new) from our clients.

    You will be confident, hardworking, have a real desire to build a career with us and a great sense of humour.

    The role includes dealing with clients and applicants by phone and face to face as well as using strong IT skills via email, our own Website and CRM system to communicate and record your daily actions.

    You will receive training in the role and be sponsored to complete your REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) qualifications which will help develop and support you in the role opening up further opportunities for development in your career with us.

    Hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday although we finish at 4.30 on a Friday so we can start the weekend early! We offer training, professional qualifications, a bonus scheme, your birthday off every year, Pension and a death in service scheme together with a relaxed fun working environment and a real good bunch of people to work with.
