An ideal candidate would need:
– Previous managerial experience in an aftersales role
– In-depth knowledge of the service and parts departments
– Sound communication skills
Aftersales Manager duties include:
– Managing approximately 28 staff through the Yeovil and Street dealerships
– Spending 3 days Yeovil and 2 days in Street branches
– Supervising and monitoring sales activity by studying performance with individuals, increasing sales development opportunities
