One Step are actively working with a leading car franchise in Wincanton. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced After sales Manager.
Aftersales Manager duties include:
- Working closely with the Branch Director to manage the Aftersales operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to increase aftersales revenue and profitability.
- Reporting to the Branch Director, you will drive the performance of the Aftersales department to maximise upsell and profit to achieve and exceed targets.
- Supervising and monitoring sales activity by studying performance with individuals, increasing sales development opportunities
An ideal candidate would need:
- Ideally you will have experience as a Technician / Service Advisor / Parts Advisor, preferably all 3
- In-depth knowledge of the service and parts departments
- Sound communication skills
