Our Client in Dunkeswell are seeking a Machine Operative to join their team working Nights.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
This is a full-time position, working 4pm-2am, 4 of 5 days Mon-Fri, with competitive pay and an immediate start after a successful interview.
Initial training can be given on a day shift pattern.
Duties:
– Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
– Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
– Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
