We at One Step have signed up to take part in the Somerset Healthy Workplace scheme.
As of today we are all getting healthy!
We’re starting with diet and exercise and today’s our big weigh-in day (as you can see from our photos).
We’re all determined to look like the cast of Baywatch by Summer – or at least to be more healthy in our diets, exercise, mental wellbeing etc. Watch this space for regular updates!
