Back in November we proudly announced One Step Recruitment is working in partnership with Inspired to Achieve (a subsidiary of Yarlington Housing Group), to support Yarlington residents into employment.
Deanna our Yeovil consultant who’s been involved in the project with the rest of the fantastic Inspired to Achieve team, have now made the Western Gazette news this morning!
The article includes the achievements and success the program has had on the residents including one now in full time employment who hasn’t worked since 2004!

Saving Somerset’s dwindling swift population and refurbishment of the school toilet facilities were the topics of discussion – as well as networking with like-minded business people – a morning very well spent. And the bacon sandwiches were apparently amazing too!
