Today marks 3 years since our Senior industrial Consultant in Chard Katrice Foggon joined the One Step Family.
Since joining us Katrice has moved from our Yeovil to Chard, passed her recruitment qualification and become a Senior Consultant. Katrice has developed into an all round quality consultant who has a superb rapport with both clients and candidates alike.
Katrice has gained and excellent relationship with clients and when taking a booking for staff she really gets to know the business in detail in order to find the right staff in order to fill the booking effectively. With applicants Katrice will try her utmost to find employment for them getting to know what their career aspirations are.
Katrice joined us 3 years ago after travelling across Europe and Australia, something she talks about A LOT!! She has since become a real asset to the team and One Step Recruitment.
