In 2017 James and his team helped recruit an apprentice engineer for us, which was no easy feat! Two other agencies were also ‘helping’ us recruit the new engineering position but gave up! James and his team kept with us and we finally recruited our apprentice (we were looking for a welding engineer but they are like gold dust in Devon and Somerset!). The apprentice role has worked out extremely well for both the candidate and our company.
So far this year the guys at One-Step have recruited another new permanent engineering role and a permanent sales role. I would also like to mention Adriana and Ania who have just placed a seasonal temp into our warehouse.
