Our resident super-recruiter Ellie Berry-Roper has, once again, won the Permanent Recruitment Consultant of the Year Award at the One Step Awards Night.
Ellie has met every challenge the job’s market has thrown at her in 2019, and still continued to be the face of our Commercial Consultancy – from rising above unprecedented market pressures of “record employment numbers”, to being part of a development team of consultants providing advice to apprentices at local colleges and helping clients recruit as far as Cardiff and London and more, she’s proven time and time again she’s a worthy winner.
Ellie’s consistency is not only as a result of her incredible relationship building with clients and candidates, but is given extra weight by the fact we’ve added specialist Tech and Care consultants to One Step and she still rises above to be the most effective and successful Permanent Recruiter in the business.
She also managed to find time to pass her CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources – her work rate has been exemplary.
