Our client, based in Bridgwater, is looking for a Senior Utilities Coordinator to join their team.

The role is varied and would suit someone who has excellent drive and ambition to take on all aspects of the role and to broaden their skills.

You will be required to arrange and maintain Comms and any enquiries. You will be asked to coordinate utility applications for capacity checks and obtain quotations from service providers.

Liaising with customers and providers will be a key part of your role, so good communication and organisational skills is needed. This will be via telephone and email, so confidence on the phone is essential for this role. You will be keeping them up to date with their schedules and quotation updates.

You will be required to progress with any diversions and changes in customers services, as well as reviewing quotations with the service providers. Keeping the summary schedule up to date, filing and scanning of paper documents will also be part of your role.

Experience working with Utilities would be advantageous, as well as working with scheduling and quotations.   

This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday.
