One Step are working with a client based in the lovely village of Milverton, who has been trading for over 40 years. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

The role will be working in the sales and business development department, where you will be delivering excellent sales service to the customers and clients.

As part of this role, you will be asked to communicate the range of products and services offered to customers in a confident manner. You will be communicating with the customers via telephone, email and face to face so you must have excellent communication skills.

You will be asked to generate quotations for customers asking for bespoke products whilst managing customer-specific products from end to end, liaising with the customers to give updates at each stage.

This role requires working closely with different departments within the company. You will be working with finance to ensure that all parameters of customer credits are being adhered too, as well as working with purchasing and stock control to ensure that all requirements for the customer-specific products are understood.

We are looking for someone who has come from a sales or quotation background, with good IT skills and confident in communicating with customers.

This is a full time role, Monday-Friday working 36.5 hours a week.
