One Step are looking for a caretaker in Chard.
The role will include:
- Preparation of facilities
- Ensuring the building is cleaned and maintained
- Providing excellent customer service to clients hiring the building
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are met
The perfect candidate will have some element of DIY, General Assistant or Site work experience, and will be happy engaging with employers and the public.
