We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our client’s team, based in Langport!
This role is working for a great company who sell goods across the UK and overseas.
The daily tasks will include liaising with oversea manufacturers and customers via email and over the phone, so good communication skills are a must for this role.
You will be establishing contracts, sales and invoices, along with dealing with incoming posts and couriers. This will mean booking delivery and collection slots. Therefore, the ideal candidate requires excellent organisational skill sin order to remain on top of things.
An ideal candidate would also have experience in designing marketing material as this will be part of the role. You will need a basic knowledge of image editing software, training can be given on this, however, it is beneficial.
The role will also include assisting with the Sales director with travel bookings as and when required, along with some basic admin tasks such as filing and organising the office. This will also include completing annual due diligence and ensuring all certification of products is up to date.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in an administration role. You should have good communication skills and be confident when liaising with customers and sellers. Experience working with the Microsoft Office programs is essential. Beneficial experience would be Audio Typing or similar, a basic knowledge of image editing and data input experience.
The hours of work at Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
