One Step are working with a large company based in Sherborne. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team. This position could be ideal for someone just starting out their career in administration and accounts.

The Accounts Administrator role includes producing invoices and issuing customer statements, so an eye for detail is needed. You will be required to handle any queries from potential customers and clients, mainly via the telephone. Managing the email inbox, responding/forwarding emails to the relevant department will also be required. You will be asked to complete all reconciling Vendor Statements, which will require data input.

You must have good IT competency with experience in Microsoft Excel. Administration or accounts experience will be beneficial.
