One Step Yeovil is 4 years old today!
The team in Yeovil are celebrating their continued success and hitting the grand old age of 4, and Josh, Yeovil’s Managing Consultant, had some time to reflect on the branch and his plans for the future.
“So Yeovil is 4 years old today! Believe it or not when this office opened I was a client, not an employee: the dedication, professionalism and relationships I built up over that time led me to join the company. I always had the highest regard for the team at One Step Recruitment and was delighted to join them a little over a year ago.
Over the course of this past year we have seen many up’s, we have on-boarded some fantastic new clients, kept existing clients happy and watched as we contribute to so many companies’ overall growth. I personally have met with some truly wonderful people and I thank you all for entrusting our team with increasing your biggest asset – your staff!
So what does the future hold for Yeovil? Well I am delighted to say on Monday we are welcoming a new starter into the commercial division and I am confident that there will be more big success stories when I write this up again next year! We are getting out and about a lot more, meeting with existing clients and gaining new ones so be prepared for someone from One Step to drop in and say hi soon (milk 2 sugars for me)!
Whatever the future holds, I am confident in saying it will be positive. We have some truly excellent candidates and are helping them find dream jobs every day. Our temporary division is a buzz of busyness and permanent placements are being offered almost on a daily basis.
I tip my hat to everyone involved in making this branch and the business as a whole a success. Without the team here, and without the clients and the candidate we work with, we would not be where we are. You are all integral to our success over the last 4 years, and I sincerely hope you will stick by our side for the next 4 years and many more after that”.
