In Taunton you’ll find the One Step Recruitment Head Office which features Recruitment, Finance and Marketing departments.
We recruit for the following types of roles:
- Senior Appointments (for the South West) – professional, qualified roles such as solicitors, executive roles and senior managers
- Commercial roles – typically office-based positions such as customer service, admin, sales and marketing
- Care work – based in residential homes and service users homes including days, nights and live-ins with specialisms such as dementia and end of life care
- Hospitality & events – roles vary from bar and waiting to kitchen assistant and barista, up to sous chef, head chef, restaurant and general managers
- Technical roles – permanent and contracted engineering, manufacturing, production, IT support & developers, FMCG, QA, Logistics, CAD, from low-experience to middle management
- Industrial roles – typically including factory and warehouse work, production, driving, cleaning and outdoor roles
