Today marks 5 years since Commercial Manager James Tuckett joined One Step Recruitment!
Safe to say James has become an integral leader within the Commercial arm of the company and a core member of the senior management team: his passion for brilliant service and excellence as a recruiter all those years ago meant he was a dead ringer for taking on a leadership role in the company.
Since then, he’s seen our Commercial Division expand and continue to grow into new specialities such as Technical and Care, all while supporting consultants in three branches through IRP exam tutoring and mentoring.
The company has gone from strength to strength since James joined the company, and his work supporting local companies should never go unappreciated – so here’s to James!
