What a week to celebrate Nick Mock’s 26th year as the Head of One Step Recruitment.
The fact that the average “life span” of a recruiter is 9 months, and our youngest member of staff has been with One Step over a year is testament to Nick’s focus on the ethos, training and development of people within our company, and his continued valuing of the people that make up his team. His leadership and drive to work within and for Somerset and wider South West region is proven beyond doubt.
