One Step are working with a leading distribution company based in Somerset who are now looking to expand their team with a Purchasing Administrator.
The ideal candidate would be able to speak Chinese or Mandarin to talk to suppliers when purchasing stock.
Purchasing Administrator duties would include:
- Checking stock levels
- Liaising with suppliers in China
- Discussing new products with suppliers and within the office
- Tracking orders
- Ensuring orders arrive and have been quality checked
- Resolving issues with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment delays or quality lapses
Working day would be Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm.
