One Step are working closely with a leading solicitor firm based in Somerset. They are looking for a HR Assistant to join the team and become a vital part of their company.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a Human Resources role.
A HR Assistant duty would include:
- Arranging interviews with candidates and via recruitment agencies
- Travelling to other offices as and when is needed
- Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
- Ensuring the database of candidates is always up to date
- Managing and arranging inductions by producing all pre-induction packs for new employees
- Scanning and filing of employee and business documentations
- Upon request, produce HR KPI reports
- Record sickness absences accurately and ensuring monthly reports are produced
- Completing HR Administration as and when is required
Working days are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break. Salary banding is up for negotiation as this would depend on your experience.
