Our services are completely free to anyone wishing to obtain either permanent or temporary work with us.
Once you have made contact with us, if we believe we can help you, you will be invited in to our offices for an interview with a consultant. There you will be given the opportunity to discuss the type of role you are looking for, the money you require, how far you can travel and much more, to ensure we find the right job for you.
You will need to provide identification, which must be a valid British or EEC passport (alternatively full birth certificate stating both parents names) , proof of your National Insurance number (NI card or letter from HRMC) and if appropriate your EEC I.D card, and lastly details of 2 referees covering at least 5 years of employment or if you haven’t worked - personal referees who are happy to provide us information.
The registration process should take no longer than an hour and once completed - with references received - we can start looking for the right job for you.
We will never send your C.V or discuss you with a client without first discussing potential roles with you, and getting your permission first. It saves everyone time and ensures you are only put forward to a job you are interested in and understand.
Once you confirm you wish to attend an interview with one of our clients we will handle all correspondence for you, we will invite you to a pre-interview where we can help you with interview tips and advice, and help you right through to offer stage. Our service doesn’t end there - we keep in touch with successful candidates and their employers to make sure that sometimes difficult adjustment periods into a new roles are as comfortable for everyone as possible.
Whether you want full time, part time, occasional or holiday work, we can help. Clients range from companies who use long term temporary staff as a vital part of their business (very often leading to permanent work)to those who need a helping hand for a few hours a week. We also supply many events and arenas in the area who regularly use hospitality staff and many seasonal businesses -which give people the opportunity of extra cash for holidays, Christmas, etc. Once we are contacted by a client we obtain a job specification and start contacting registered candidates to make sure they are interested and want the job. Once that is confirmed we fully brief them as to the job requirements, location, health and safety, wages and many other elements to make sure they fully understand what is required - so the first few hours are as comfortable as possible. We pay a minimum £7.05 per hour (in many cases, far more depending on the roles). If you are over 25 the minimum pay rate is £7.50 in line with the National Living Wage. You also accrue holiday pay - which you can claim to make sure you are getting paid to rest too. Wages are paid weekly in arrears on a Friday and are in your bank by mid-day. All of this will be explained during your registration process, and our consultants are always on hand to talk if you have any questions regarding your time working with us.
